Mission Statement
To provide parks and recreational opportunities for the community of Eudora that will enhance and promote a healthy lifestyle for all ages.
The Eudora Parks & Recreation Department gives Eudora residents and others from surrounding communities the opportunity for family oriented activities.
The Eudora Community / Aquatics Center, a full year in the making, is now finished and open for the citizens of Eudora and Douglas County. The center is located at 1630 Elm Street.
ECAC fills community needs with a fitness room, gymnasium, two community meeting rooms, a kitchen, a walking track, and modern locker rooms. Classes such as Aerobics, Pilates, Yoga, and Tae Kwon Do, plus many more will be featured in the new facility. Coupled with new sports and leisure programs for all ages, Eudora Parks & Recreations has many exciting plans and opportunities in the horizon!
